Former Westfield Resident, Irwin 'Steve' Rice, Dies at 67
Rice graduated Westfield High School in 1964.
Former Westfield resident, Irwin Stephen "Steve" Rice III of Morris Plains died on Nov. 24 at the age of 67.
Rice was born in Union before his late parents, Irwin S. and Doris Schirner Rice moved to Westfield. He was a computer mainframe technician, who worked for Exxon Mobil and later Salomon Brothers, Inc. He graduated Westfield High School in 1964.
He is survived by his sister: Debra R. Metcalf and husband: Thomas, and his niece: Alison Metcalf.
