I’ve been meeting with lots of clients and they all ask me the same question. “Kate, can you substitute juice for a meal?”

YES of course you can drink juice as a meal. Just as a salad is a meal, so is a Fresh Raw Radical juice. Break it down with me:

Each juice contains EXACTLY what is on the label, nothing more, nothing less. So essentially if you think about your juice as a plate; you can definitely eat 5 carrots, 1/2 cup of pineapple, a chuck of ginger and 3 stalks of celery for lunch. Here’s the secret sauce; the juice is going right into your bloodstream bypassing your digestive tract and you’re gonna feel the amazing zip of energy within 15 minutes of sipping.

If you are looking to shed a few pounds substituting is a viable option. However, I am less excited about my clients losing weight and more enthused by them slowing down to listen to his or her body. Many times just slowing down and listening “Am I really hungry? What do I really desire?” results in sustained weight loss. Stop, drop, and listen to your body.

Also, you can drink your juice as a “snack” in between meals. My main motive is to get healthy vitamins and nutrients into your body because 99% of us don’t eat a healthy, clean LIVE diet. So do what works for you. I want you to feel the best you’ve ever felt, lean, mean, and CLEAN!

You should drink plenty of juice, and often. I’ve never EVER had a client complain that he or she felt worse after drinking my juice. Things can only go up from here, and you deserve to feel fantastic each and everyday.

So drink up, you’re on your way to feeling great and healing well.

Also, I know food combining is an issue, and we’ll cover that later my lovelies- just concentrate on the juice for now.
