Westfield Halloween Parade Draws More Than 2,000 Residents

More than 2,000 Westfield residents filled the streets of downtown Westfield Sunday in creative, cute and scary costumes.
The town held its annual downtown trick-or-treat, followed by The Optimist Club's Halloween Parade, which all culminated with prizes for the best costumes.
