Program on silhouette or profile art - includes presentation on techniques and equipment used to make silhouettes; examples will be displayed. Children may make a simple silhouette craft to take home (children must be able to use scissors safely and be supervised by an accompanying adult). Program also includes tours of the 1740 farmhouse and demonstration of 18th century open hearth cooking.
