Optimist Club September Meeting
The featured speaker for our September meeting will be Dave Hoffmann who, along with his dad Kurt, owns and operates the Climax Brewing Company in Roselle Park. As head brewer, Dave has an extensive background in brewing and has formulated such beers as the well-acclaimed Hoboken Ale and Shanghai Pale Ale, which are currently available throughout the Northeast.
