The event will take place Sunday, Sept. 15, in Cranford’s Nomahegan Park and will feature a 5K run, a 2-mile walk and a fun run for children. Registration opens at 8 a.m. The Fun Run starts at 9 a.m., the 5K run at 9:15 a.m. and the 2-mile walk at 9:30 a.m. The 5K course starts and ends in the park, while the 2-mile walk is entirely inside the park. The fee for adults and children in the 5K or 2-mile walk is $25 before Sept. 1 and $30 thereafter, including on race day. The fee for a child in the fun run is $5. Those interested can register at 5k4mom.com and pay with a credit card; or they can pick up a form at Holy Trinity Interparochial School, 336 First St., Westfield, N.J., and pay by check.
