Local Author and Nutritionist Lauren Kelly to Sign Copies of The Greek Yogurt Cookbook at The Town Book Store

Greek yogurt, the new Super Food, has skyrocketed in
popularity in the past few years for good reason.  In addition to containing
vital nutrients your body needs, it has an unforgettable tangy taste and an
irresistible, velvety texture. Meet
author Lauren Kelly on November 23, 2013 at The Town Book Store from 2:00-4:00
PM.  Her book, The Greek Yogurt Cookbook
features over 125 flavor-packed recipes that show you how
to make Greek yogurt a kitchen essential, whether it’s swirled up in smoothies,
stirred into soups, or added for depth of flavor to your main courses.


Lauren Kelly is a recipe developer, food blogger and the
staff Nutritionist at The Bar Method in Montclair, NJ where she offers
workshops and individualized counseling. Lauren is also the author of The
Everything Wheat-Free Diet Cookbook
.  Lauren has been featured in
SHAPE magazine for tips on the best and worst foods to eat and for creative
quinoa recipes. Lauren currently lives in Westfield, NJ
with her husband and three small boys.
