Health in Motion's

2013 Fall Detox Retreat

Sunday September 29th

11:00am-1:00pm

with Kim Fong, MSAc., MAPT

& Debbie Robel, CHC

It's starting to cool down and you're beginning to layer on the clothes...your body is craving those yummy, salty, comforting foods.
Don't Give In!
We are always scrambling before summer to fix the damage we did over the winter...why do we do this to ourselves?

This year let's maintain our summer habits throughout fall and winter

to prevent that mad dash right before Memorial Day weekend!

Instead of preparing for hibernation, start the season off right with Health in Motion's Fall Detox Retreat!

Our

retreat will include a Qi Gong demonstration by Kim Fong, that can be practiced at home to aid in digestion and detoxification. Then, Debbie

Robel will teach the process of a safe and effective way to conduct a

detox. Debbie will guide you over a 4-7 day period with personal online

support. You'll eat delicious food and drink awesome smoothies. No

expensive supplements to take.

As

you learn the important facts and guidelines for your detox, Kim Fong

will apply ear seeds on acupuncture points that will leave you

revitalized and balanced for days!

Benefits of a Detox:

eliminate excesses from the body, reduce headaches, improve allergies

and sinus conditions, jump start weight-loss efforts, reduce

inflammation/aches/pains, improve complexion, boost energy levels and

mood.

Pre-registration fee of $65 is required. (Space is limited so register now to reserve

your spot!) To register call 908.301.9055 or email Caitlin@healthinmotion.biz
