Westfield Service League Thrift Shop Holiday Sale
The Westfield Service League (WSL) Thrift Shop, a non-profit, volunteer organization, will hold its biggest sale of the year on Saturday, December 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hundreds of holiday items, including new toys, clothing and bric-a-brac, will be available at discounted prices. Due to the large volume of merchandise, shop racks and shelves will be replenished throughout the day. In preparation for this sale, the thrift shop will be closed Friday, November 30 for restocking for the Holiday Sale. The shop will also have a series of sales, including a $1 Day Sale, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, November 27, 28 and 29.
The league also operates a consignment shop on the upper level of the premises, which is currently running sales of up to 75% off on certain items. This shop will also open at 9:00 a.m. on December 1. Both shops carry men's, women's and children's clothing was well as shoes, books, toys, household items, jewelry and holiday gift selections. The thrift and consignment shops, located at 114 Elmer Street in Westfield, are open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For further information, call the thrift shop at (908) 233-2530 or the consignment shop at (908) 232-1223.
