ervice League Shop Black Saturday Sales

SCOTCH PLAINS -  The Fanwood-Scotch Plains Service League Thrift Shop, 1741 East Second St. in Scotch Plains, will join other area retailers in kicking off the holiday season by opening its doors on Saturday, November 24, for “Black Saturday” sales. The shop will open at 10 am and offer regular and sales merchandise including clothing, accessories, books and toys, holiday decorations, linens, and bric-a-brac.               The League’s annual Holiday Boutique will begin on Tuesday, November 27, at 10 am and feature holiday gift bargains for the whole family. These brand new items, collected throughout the year by Boutique Chairperson Donna Kuhn, will be on display throughout the store’s main room. Customers will find hostess items, gift ware, Lenox pieces, “giftable” clothing and accessories, collectibles, costume jewelry, books, and much more. All items are reasonably priced and the merchandise will be replenished daily from the large inventory saved especially for the boutique.
