Designed for those new or just returning to exercise, BCWF Lite is a gentler approach to working out, where the focus is on reconnecting with your body and getting it moving on a regular basis in a supportive and nature-filled environment.
The intensity level will be low to moderate. There is absolutely NO RUNNING required, although you can if you want to! All cardiovascular exercise will be done at a walker’s pace and heart rates will be taken regularly.
All strength training will be done with exercise resistance bands, light weights and body weight.
There will be a lot of support in a wonderful group atmosphere!
