Enlist Today! BootCampWF Fall I Session

It's NOT too late to join BootCampWF! 

WE ARE ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION NOW!!!!
 
Fall Session I runs from Sept 11th – Oct 23rd (NO Camp 10/14) and it's NOT too late to ENLIST!

BCWF workouts are offered MW&F - 5:45 & 9:15 am Saturdays at 8:00 am.  
BCWF Extreme, intense version - T&Th at 5:45 am
BCWF Lite
a gentler version -  T&Th at 9:15 am  
BCWF TRX workouts - T&Th at 10:30 am (class sizes are limited to 7 people).

All workouts are one-hour and meet in Tamaques Park by the basketball courts. (5:45 classes meet at lower parling lot with lights)

Regardless of age, size, shape, gender or fitness level, BootCampWF will help YOU get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy, build confidence, and HAVE FUN while doing it!  
*First-timers are welcome to do a free trial class anytime.
