Children's Book Sale

The 3rd Annual Children's Book Sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Westfield Memorial Library, will be held the week of October 1.  Donations of gently-used children's & teens' paperbacks & hardcovers and DVD's will be accepted at the arcade entrance on Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 2PM-7PM and on Wednesday, Oct.2 from 10AM-3PM.  Only books & DVDs will be accepted; NO videos, textbooks, magazines, encyclopedias, or records. Donations need to be in good, resalable condition.  The sale itself will run on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 11AM-8PM and on Friday, Oct. 4 from 10AM-5PM.  "Bag Day" will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 10AM-1PM, at which time customers may purchase a bag for $5. and fill it up with books.  As all proceeds benefit the library, they are tax-deductible; a form will be provided.
