A Visit From the Belsnickel and German Christmas Customs

It is rumored that the mysterious Belsnickel will make an appearance at the Miller-Cory House Museum!  This figure from German folklore can tell whether or not children who are visiting the museum have been naughty or nice.  Those who have been good, will receive a piece of candy, while those who have not...
The program also includes a presentation on German Christmas customs and the preparation of traditional holiday dishes over the open hearth in the museum's Frazee Building.  Admission is $3 for ages 13 and older, $2 for ages 3-12 and free under age 3.  For more information, call 908-232-1776 or email millercorymuseum@gmail.com.
