Westfield Home Sales Remain Strong in December

Home sales in Westfield remained hot in December despite the cold weather. 
The average sales price of homes in Westfield rose to $777,000, up from $687,000 in 2012.  And nationwide for 2013, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) reports that home sales were the strongest they have been since 2006.
