Spring Fever 2014 in Westfield Real Estate!

With most of the snow melted and a warm day here and there, home buyers have come out in droves.  A unique market of low inventory, low interest rates, and reasonable home prices has lead to an extraordinary amount of activity recently.

Homes are selling quickly and bidding wars are occurring with greater frequency.  Welcome to Spring in Westfield!  But, even by traditional standards, this recent surge in activity may be one for the record books.
