Westfield Week in Review

What happened in Westfield this week?

The Westfield Police Department confirmed during the evening of Saturday, Aug. 25. Westfield Police Capt. Cliff Auchter said the incidents, both involving forced entry, occurred on Manitou Circle and Unami Terrace.

Westfield welcomed on Tuesday with a luncheon. Patch had a chance to speak with three new teachers about their backgrounds and what led them to the field of education.

The Westfield Board of Education year on Tuesday evening at Lincoln School. The Board discusses changes in curriculum as well as more than 30 maintenance projects that took place around the district over the summer months and cost a total of $2.7 million. 

The district has at Westfield High School's Fitness Center at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6.
