Westfield Native Named Spokesperson for ParkingTicket.com

Westfield native and New York City traffic-reporting icon Joe Nolan has joined ParkingTicket.com as the company's official spokesperson, it was announced today by company president and New York City parking Guru Glen Bolofsky. 

Nolan, known to television viewers and radio listeners as New York City's foremost traffic and transit reporter, via WABC-TV, Metro Traffic Control and numerous radio stations, will voice radio commercials, conduct interviews on behalf of ParkingTicket.com and will be featured prominently on the company Web site.

A New Jersey native, Joe has been a traffic reporter on radio and television in the New York metropolitan area since 1979.  He joined Metro Traffic Control when it opened in New York in 1988.  His afternoon traffic reports are heard on ESPN radio and he is the stadium voice of the New York Jets and Rutgers football.  

Joe is active with several charities and hospitals throughout New Jersey, including The Make a Wish Foundation of New Jersey, St. Barnabas Medical Center and Somerset Medical Center.  The father of two sons, Brad and Conor, Nolan is a graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.
