Video: Heat Wave Day Two in Westfield

With a record heat wave gripping Westfield for the second straight day on Wednesday, some routines continued as normal, while others fled to the Memorial Pool in an effort to escape the heat.

The pool started filling up in the early afternoon as residents sought relief from the 100 degree temperatures. Down the block from the pool, DPW workers did not have the same relief as Scotch Plains Avenue road work continued.
