Qi Gong with Greg Carey starts at 5:30 p.m. at . Qi Gong is gentle movement exercise performed while standing that balances the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Qigong, loosely translated from the Chinese, can be understood as “breathing exercise.” The cost is $10.

Union County singer-songwriter Oria Aspen will perform at Westfield's Sweet Sounds Downtown. Aspen will be featured with The Glenn Alexander Group at the annual outdoor event and will perform from 7-9 p.m.
Westfield Community Players (WCP) announces auditions for , the comedy-farce by Ken Ludwig, will be held on July 17 & July 19 from 7:30-10 p.m. It will be directed by John Correll.

The Westfield Area Y invites the community to kick off the summer with health screenings by Overlook Hospital held at the Main Y facility located at 220 Clark Street in Westfield. There will be a FREE Blood Pressure/BMI screening today from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. and registration is required. This screenings will take place in Conference Room 1 and participants need to register at 1-800-247-9580.
