Monday:

Westfield High School's Paul Jackson Fund Club will begin collecting party dress for its upcoming sale on Sunday, March 3 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday:

The Westfield Board of Education will meet at 7:30 p.m. at 302 Elm St.

The Westfield Town Council will meet at 8 p.m. at the Municipal Building.

Wednesday:

The Westfield Special Education Committee presents 2013 IEP Roundtable at 7:30 p.m. at Edison Intermediate School. 

Thursday:

The Counseling Department at Edison andRoosevelt Intermediate Schools will be hosting the Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey’s (PDFNJ) 15 Minute Child Break program on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. at Edison School.

Friday:

The Presbyterian Church in Westfield will host its bible study meeting from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Westfield Recreation presents THE “UNDERGROUND” (a.k.a- The Teen Center) on Friday nights. From 7 to 11 p.m., the event is held literally, underground, in the basement of the Municipal Building Recreation Center. Teens can play a game of pool at one of the three pool tables, keep their ping-pong skills in check, play some video games, watch a movie, or listen to their favorite music.

Weekend Overview:

On Saturday, February 23 at 1:30 p.m., the Westfield Memorial Library will present a program on Backyard Gardening. The library is located at 550 East Broad Street.

American Red Cross Blood Drive at the Presbyterian Church in Westfield will begin at 9 a.m. Note this is a new system. You will first have to create a user name and password in order to sign up then search by sponsor code 02214682 Click here to schedule an appointment.
