Photo Gallery: Long Lines at Pool on Hot Day
Crowds jam Memorial Pool in over 100 degree heat.
Thursday's 100 degree heat and early school closures sent many Westfielders flocking to the Memorial Pool in order to cool down. Long lines were seen outside the pool prior to the 4 p.m. opening, with confusion over how to enter, after pool officials opened a second gate to allow members without guests to get in faster.
