Please join us to learn some simple techniques to help you and your family/friends continue your emotional recovery from the impacts of Hurricane Sandy.

Keller Williams Realty of Westfield is hosting an afternoon with Clinical Psychologist and Westfield resident, Lynn Schiller, to discuss ways to overcome and cope with the aftermath of such a powerful superstorm. Lynn will talk to the audience about our experiences and concerns and provide a recap of what to expect in the weeks ahead.  As a community, there are many ways to support one another without additional financial burdens.

Everyone will leave with a packet of support materials.  We will learn the warning signs to look for in someone who may be experiencing difficulties adjusting.  We will also learn tips on how to help ourselves and our families continue to move forward.

This is a free event for families and residents in the community. All ages are welcome.  Seating is limited. Please call to reserve your seat today. Call 908-233-8502 between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday – Friday. The event will be held in our Lower Level Community Outreach Center.

By joining us, we anticipate a hopeful beginning to a journey of recovery together.
