West Orange, NJ (January 13, 2014) – JAG Physical Therapy, a comprehensive outpatient orthopedic sport physical therapy company, is proud to announce the opening of their newest facility in New York City, bringing JAG Physical Therapy’s one of a kind, care-first model of rehabilitation to midtown Manhattan.  The state-of-the-art physical therapy facility is set to open on January 20, 2014 and will be located at 274 Madison Avenue, New York, New York.
