Weekend Server: Looking for a great weekend-only gig? We have a daytime shift (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.) opening at our small local restaurant in Westfield, NJ. We do a lot of private parties and have a bustling business on weekends as "the" place to go for brunch and special occasions. Must have prior serving experience, and be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

TAX SEASON OFFICE ASSISTANT: Accounting office in Montainside NJ is looking for a part-time admin office assistant for the upcoming tax season. The position will begin February and will last through end of April. There is possibility of more work during the rest of the year year on an on-call basis. Hours are very flexible, day or evening, and we are looking for availability of 20-25 hours per week between weekdays and weekends. We would prefer a combination of at least 2-3 week days plus 1 Saturday or Sunday. 

The position will require data entry into Quickbooks and ProSystem CCH tax system, filing, and assembling client tax returns. Prior experience in a tax office is helpful but not required. Strong computer skills, strong knowledge of Excel and MS Word a must. QuickBooks and ProSystem CCH experience are a plus. You need to be able to function in a fast paced environment, and have strong attention to detail. Social Media Manager: Digiplex Destinations, the fastest growing and most innovative motion picture exhibitor in the country, is looking for someone who loves showbiz and wants to share their enthusiasm with our community of customers and friends. While the position is based in Westfield, New Jersey, the Digiplex theater footprint is nationwide. As Social Media Manager, you'll maintain and monitor the company's existing social media platforms and website, support location-specific social media engagement for 17 theaters, and help employees improve their social media skills. Additionally, you'll plan and implement campaigns to build online affinity groups that create forums for capturing VOC (voice of the customer) and sharing information. 

Receptionist/Admin Assistant: Design/Build firm in Westfield, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Duties include but not limited to:
-Answering telephones
-Picking up mail and distribution
-General office upkeep
-Maintain and order office supplies
-Keep track of employee's time off and sick days
-Maintain insurance certificates for Subcontractors
-Organizing basement files
-Filing office documents
-Other office duties as needed

Requirements:
-College graduate (or pursuing degree)
-Organized and reliable
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Able to work full time (8-5pm)
-Must have own transportation
