Help CoolVines Branch Out With a Small Business Grant

The Central Avenue wine shop hopes to grow in new markets.

wants its customers to enjoy shopping for wine as much as they savor drinking it. By selecting wines that are considered the "best of the breed" and hosting regular tastings, the shop strives to provide a unique experience for consumers.

With locations in Westfield and Princeton, the business' goal is create an environment, both in its stores and on the web, where anyone can shop for wine without feeling overwhelmed by the complexity that often surrounds the experience of shopping for wine, its website states.

The wine purveyor is hoping to expand with the help of a small business grant from Chase Bank. If selected to receive the $250,000 influx, CoolVines would like to "grow, expand, and bring great wine to other towns in New Jersey and New York; enhance our website to bring the CoolVines experience throughout the country," explained CoolVines' Lauren Ramos.

"Follow the instructions and click on the link below to vote. Find us by entering "CoolVines" under the business name, no need to enter state or city info, but if you do, we are listed under Princeton not Westfield," she noted.
