Chocolate Tasting Sessions and History of Chocolate

Renowned chocolatier and owner of Donna & Company, Diane Pinder, will be at the library to discuss the history of chocolate and how it is grown and processed. The evening will also see a chocolate tasting session with Diane explaining the nuances of the process.
