Easter Wine Recommendations From CoolVines
Wine purveyor pairs with Savory Spice Shop for tasting from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 30.
CoolVines' Lauren Ramos had the following suggestions for making Easter dinner extra (or is it eggstra?) special.
"This is a great line-up of Light to Full-bodied whites and reds that will pair perfectly with your Easter meal from start to finish," Ramos said. "Use your light-bodied wines for appetizers and starters like simple Spring salads and deviled eggs, and your Medium-bodied wines for spiced baked ham with all the sides, and the Full-bodied wines for a hearty lamb dish. You can start and/or end your meal with a beautiful bottle of sparkling Rosé - it makes for an elegant presentation resulting in happy, satisfied guests!
