Westfield's Chez Catherine, featured among New Jersey Monthly's 2012 list of the state's 25 best restaurants, will host a wine event Thursday evening.
The wines of Thomas Barton Reserve Depuis 1725, considered one of the finest producers in Bordeaux, France, according to Chez Catherine's proprietors Edith and Didier Jouvenet, will be featured throughout the evening.
"Clementine of Thomas Barton Reserve Depuis 1725 will be dining and speaking about the wines. This is a very unique opportunity to enjoy delicious cuisine, sample amazing wine and gain incredible insight to the wine making techniques of Thomas Barton Reserve Depuis 1725," according to Chez Catherine's website.
