We are taking it INDOORS for the winter at Surgent’s Westfield, and the next session runs Jan 7 – Feb 15. Workouts at Surgent’s are MW&F at 5:45 and 9:15 am, T&Th at 5:30 am, and BCWF Lite, a gentler version, will be held T&Th at 9:15 am.
BootCampWF, has also teamed up with East Coast Conditioning to bring you BCWF @ ECC and will be working out at ECC’s facility, 216 Tingley Lane, Edison. Join us for a FREE DEMO CLASS there on Friday, January 4th at 9:30 am. Classes will be Mon, Tues and Friday at 9:30 am from January 8 – February 18.
BootCampWF is a specially designed 6-week fitness program led by Certified Trainers. Regardless of age, size, gender or fitness level, if you're looking to get in shape, drop those pounds, build that muscle, and have fun while doing it, it’s time to ENLIST!
During BootCampWF all recruits will do a combination of cardio training, calisthenics, strength workouts, circuit training, obstacle courses, abdominal work and other fun surprises we have in store for you that day. Each class ends with stretching. We try to make the workouts fun and challenging at the same time. The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it.
