A Variety of Cooking Classes Brewing at Ana Beall's Tea Room

By popular demand, a second 'Cakes and Cupcakes' class has been added.

If delicious aromas are wafting down Westfield Avenue, they might be coming from .

The tea room, recently named one of Open Table's Top 10 Places for Brunch, is cooking up some tasty-sounding classes for everyone from novice bakers to curious would-be winemakers this fall.

The first class, Cakes and Cupcakes, part lecture, part demo, part hands-on, will be hosted by Summit-based chef Olivia Saez on Wednesday, Sept. 6. Billed as a beginners back-to-school baking course, the evening will provide attendees with simple techniques and recipes to create the perfect batch of little cakes, decorated, stuffed and packaged, for the whole family to enjoy this school year.
