Home for the Holidays Concert Celebration Returns to Westfield

The New Jersey Festival Orchestra is performing two holiday concerts.

The New Jersey Festival Orchestra is performing two holiday concerts right in Westfield.

On Dec. 7 at 7 p.m., Maestro David Wroe and NJFO musicians will perform contemporary songs and music, sing along and more that reflect the holiday spirit. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church in Westfield as part of the Home for the Holidays festival event.

“This seasonal stroll of timeless classics and sentimental holiday favorites is sure to bring joy, smiles, and distinctive holiday memories to all,” NJFO said.

Tickets prices range from $25 to $75 for adults and $12 for students K-12 . 

On Dec. 31, the NJFO will present one of New Jersey’s most popular New Year’s Eve musical celebrations,  An’ All That Jazz . The performance kicks off at 7 p.m. and features a superb revue of American musical theater classics and jazz favorites presented in glorious symphonic splendor, according to the NJFO.

“The cabaret style New Year’s Eve celebration has become a musical event eagerly anticipated by much of central New Jersey,” NJFO said. “This year’s line up reads like a Who's Who of the best of American musical theater composers and again features renowned guest vocalists direct from the Broadway stage.”

The Dec. 31 concert will take place in the Westfield High School auditorium.

Advance tickets price are $40 for general admission and $70 for seating. At the door prices are $45 and $75, if tickets are available. The New Jersey Festival Orchestra encourages patrons to purchase tickets in advance to ensure availability.
