Hearth and Home Kitchen Tour of Gracious Westfield Homes

Westfield is known for its many beautiful homes, both old and new, of myriad styles. The Hearth and Home Kitchen Tour, back this year after a phenomenal turn-out last year, will give the public a chance to see a half-dozen of these homes from the inside. The self-guided tour, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., is a fund-raiser for Holy Trinity Interparochial School, Westfield.  There will be cuisine to sample from local chefs and bakers; the homes' contractors and designers on hand to discuss ideas; raffle items at one of the houses; and gift bags for the first 450 guests. Advance sales must be purchased online or postmarked by Friday, Oct. 9. Tickets can also be purchased at any house on the day of the event for $40.
