Auditions for "Don't Dress for Dinner"

Westfield Community Players (WCP) wil hold auditions for its final production of its current season: Don't Dress for Dinner.  Don't Dress for Dinner is the wildly funny sequel to the Broadway hit Boeing-Boeing. Bernard's plans for a romantic rendezvous with his mistress are complete with a gourmet caterer and an alibi courtesy of his friend, Robert. But when Bernard's wife learns that Robert will be visiting for the weekend, she decides to stay in town for a surprise tryst of her own… setting the stage for a collision course of hidden identities and outrageous infidelities. The cook is Suzette, the lover is Suzanne, the friend is bewildered, the wife is suspicious, the husband is losing his mind and everyone is guaranteed a good time at this hilarious romp through the French countryside."

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS:

Bernard --------(Jacqueline's husband) any age to play 27-35, handsome businessman, flirtatious, a playboy - British accent

Jacqueline -----(Bernard's wife) any age to play 24-32, lovely, assertive, romantic - British accent

Robert ---------(Bernard's friend and Jacqueline's lover) any age to play 27-35, handsome, reserved - British accent or may be American

Suzette --------(the cook) any age to play 21-30, friendly, working-class, funny, great body - French accent

Suzanne --------(Bernard's mistress) any age to play 21-25, fashion model with great body, chic, stylish - French or British accent

George ---------(Suzette's husband) any age to play 27-35, big, huge, tall, muscular, protective of Suzette - French accent

Note: Physical comedy required for all roles
