What's Going On In Westfield For Memorial Day Weekend?

Staying in town this Memorial Day? Here are just a few things going on around the Westfield area over the holiday weekend: 

Saturday, May 24

  • 450 for the Fallen - representing Stage 30 of the run, Craig Williams will pass through Westfield, stopping at the World War Memorial for a moment of silence around 8:30 p.m. as the torch is passed from Concord, MA to Arlington, VA. 

Sunday, May 25

  •  Summit Street Fair - from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. the fair will host food vendors, live music, kids’ entertainment, and arts & crafts downtown between Springfield Avenue and Union Place. 


Monday, May 26

  • Annual Memorial Day Parade - Open ceremonies begin at 9 a.m. by the WWI Monument Circle and the parade will proceed down East Broad Street toward the Fairview Cemetery afterwards.
