Union County Among Those With Highest Homeless Population Rates Reported In New Jersey

Union County shares the highest rate of homeless people living in New Jersey along side Burlington and Essex - each of the three having an estimated 12 percent of the states overall homeless population, according to nj.com. 

New Jersey's homeless population, as a whole, has increased by an estimated 16 percent, according to nj.com.
