Imagine Seeks Loving Listeners

Imagine A Center for Coping With Loss is seeking adult volunteers for its next Facilitator Training April 5-8, 2013. 

Volunteers come from all walks of life and need no special background other than a willingness to listen, a heart inclined to serve, and the ability to be with children and adults in pain without trying to fix, solve or give advice. No prior experience is necessary. Volunteers must be 21 years old.

Based in Westfield, Imagine support groups serve Union County children age 3-18 who have had a parent or sibling die, and their parent(s) or guardian.  We also provide support groups for young adults 18-30, adults 30-50 and adults 50 and up who are coping with loss due to the death of a family member or other significant person.
