Chef Brian boasts a first-rate culinary pedigree with 15 years of experience beginning at New York’s French Culinary Institute. He has held positions in New York City’s premier restaurants including The French Consulate under French Master Chef Luc Pasquier, Po with chef Mario Batali, and Le Cirque. During his career, Chef Brian has been given the distinction of becoming an honorary James Beard Foundation member and his food has been recognized by local and national publications.
