Celebrate Cinco de Mayo this year by supporting children and families in need and participating in the Westfield Area Y’s 10th Annual Golf Outing and Dinner with Live Auction at Echo Lake Country Club! All proceeds will help provide summer camp and child care scholarships through the Strong Kids Campaign, ensuring that no one who lives or works in Westfield, Cranford, Garwood or Mountainside and is suffering a bona fide financial hardship is turned away for the inability to pay.
Play golf? The day includes a grill cookout lunch, a shamble format, refreshments on the course and prizes for both team performance and individual games of skill by both men and women. All players also receive a commemorative zip-front performance golf vest.
Don't play golf? Come for part two of our day: a Cinco de Mayo-themed cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and additional bar service, a buffet reception and a live auction facilitated by WCBS TV weathercaster John Elliott. If you have seen him in action, you know what a treat the auction is!
