LearningRx Warren Wins Top Award at National Convention

Warren, New Jersey – LearningRx Warren, a local brain training center owned by Marcia and Matt Douglas of Bernardsville, was honored with the company’s 2013 Customer Service Award at the LearningRx national convention held in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

According to Tanya Mitchell, LearningRx Vice President of Research and Development, the Customer Service Award recognizes the Warren Center’s strong commitment to customer service. “Our Warren team has done a great job of helping their students – both children and adults – rewire their brains in order to be faster and more efficient learners,” says Mitchell.

To determine customer satisfaction, LearningRx uses a 10-point scale and asks adult students or the parents of younger students the likelihood they would recommend LearningRx to a friend.  The ten point “Net Promoter Score” (NPS) metric was developed by business loyalty expert Fred Reichheld, and is used by many well-known national businesses. LearningRx’s NPS ranked higher than Apple and Southwest Airlines, with scores among the highest of any business. As a result of their superior training results and impeccable customer service LearningRx Warren earned an approval rating of greater than 9 out of 10.

Douglas knows from personal experience how well LearningRx works. She and her husband first discovered it when they needed help for their son, who was struggling with reading. LearningRx helped him so much they decided to open their own franchise of the company in order to make this training available to more people in need.
