Julie Murphy Recognized As Top Listing Agent At Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Westfield West Office

WESTFIELD, N.J. – (August 19, 2013) – Julie Murphy has been recognized as the top listing agent for the month of June 2013 at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Westfield West office. Murphy, a Cranford resident, has approximately 25 years of real estate experience, serving home buyers and sellers throughout Union County.

Murphy attained her New Jersey real estate license in 1989. She is a long-standing member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Circle of Excellence, earning the award from 1993-2010 and a spot in the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club. In 2010, Murphy was named to the prestigious Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society for her sales accomplishments. Community awareness through volunteerism is an important aspect of Murphy’s life.  She served as the 2010-2012 president of The Garden Club of Cranford, the 2010-2011 first vice president of the Hanson Park Conservancy, and is a long-time trustee of the Cranford Historical Society. Murphy is a past member of the Cranford Junior Woman's Club and continues to participate each year in the club's fundraiser, the "Home for the Holidays" House Tour. In 2008, Murphy was the recipient of the Pride in Cranford award given by the Cranford Chamber of Commerce to recognize exceptional residents for their dedication to Cranford.

 Murphy has resided in Cranford for many years and is very familiar with the Cranford/Westfield area and surrounding area real estate market. She enjoys assisting newcomers with her detailed knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, recreation, transportation, shopping and more.
