Now is your chance to get into shape before the holidays!  BootCampWF, Westfield’s premiere, healthy-living outdoor fitness training program, is kicking off its Fall II Session and ALL ARE WELCOME to join us for wine and cheese at the Westfield Running Company, on Wednesday, October 23rd at 7:00 pm.   You will meet the BCWF instructors and talk to some veterans, and one lucky winner will receive a FREE 6-week session.  All attendees get 10% off any Fall II package.  You don’t have to do BootCampWF to attend ~ bring your friends!!

The Westfield Running Company will raffle off a pair of running shoes, show you how to properly layer for cold weather exercise, do a gait analysis and shoe fitting for you and offer you 15% off any purchases that evening!  ViaNutrition’s Karen Phillips will show off her line of healthy snacks and juices.

BootCampWF’s Fall II Session starts off (and finishes!) with FREE fitness assessments of recruits on Friday, October 25th at 6:00 and 9:15 am, to allow participants to measure progress over the 6-week session.  We will also conduct an optional weigh-in and body-fat evaluation.

Held in Tamaques Park, the BootCampWF Fall II Session runs Oct 28th– Dec 12th. Workouts are offered Mon-Fri @ 5:45 am, MW&F @ 9:15 am, and Saturdays @ 8:00 am, and BCWF Lite, a gentler version, is held T&Th @ 9:15 am.
