HEALTHY CONNECTIONS…WESTFIELD AREA Y IS HERE TO HELP YOU MAKE AND KEEP YOUR NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS

It’s that time of year again when millions of Americans are thinking of making New Year’s Resolutions. The question is…will they keep them? Studies reveal that only 10% of Americans keep their resolutions for an entire year. You can change that statistic!

You can become more active. The hardest thing to do is to get started. Once started, make sure you don’t do too much too soon. Progress should be at a constant but comfortable pace.

To help you start your 2014 healthy living resolution, the Westfield Area will be open on New Year’s Day from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. The first 500 members and guests receive a free gift. It is a free guest day so bring a friend. Free TRX classes will be offered at Noon and 1:00 pm (each session limited to 12 participants). Those who are interested in personal training and sign up on January 1, 2014, will receive 25% off any personal training session package. Limit one per person. Session expires March 31, 2014.
