Free Sports Injury Prevention Seminar Focused On Student Athletes and The Upcoming Spring Season

MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J., Mar. 11, 2014 — BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse, a state-of-the-art sports training facility that specializes in working with its students in helping them achieve their athletic greatness and fuel their life with power, purpose, confidence and focus, announced today that it will be conducting a free seminar on spring sports injury prevention on Sunday, March 30th from 4:00-5:30pm. Please call 908-317-2727 or email winner@brawlhouse.com to reserve your seats. Open to the entire family.   Chris Flores of Flo Fitness will be conducting the seminar on the most common athlete injuries. Chris will be discussing how we can prevent our young athletes from falling victim to V.I.C.  “All too often our student athletes practice and train to perform on the field or court.  Unfortunately, the body mechanics and techniques necessary to prepare for and recover from activity falls to the wayside.  To have someone of Chris’ experience and expertise to give this seminar is a great opportunity for student athletes and their families to learn important lessons”, stated Colin Mackay, facility manager for BH Sports Training.

Chris Flores is a Certified Athletic Trainer for Westfield High School, an adjunct Professor at Kean University, Clinical Instructor at Montclair University, Kean University and Seton Hall University.
