Monday September 9th at 6:00 and 9:15 Tamaques Park
The 6-week program starts off with a FREE optional fitness assessment of all recruits that will take place prior (Monday, 9/9 at 6:00 and 9:15 am) to the first (and after the last!) day.
We will see how long it takes for you to walk/run a half mile, how many push-ups you can do without stopping and how many sit-ups you can do in 60 seconds. We will also conduct an optional weigh-in and body-fat evaluation. These assessments allow participants and instructors to measure progress over the course of the session and are strongly recommended for new recruits.
