The following is a press release from the Westfield Historical Society.

No, it's not James Bond, but the talented Redwood String Quartet performing a Bond-worthy classical concert for the benefit of the Westfield Historical Society. This single performance is open to the public and will be held at 3:00 pm, September 15, 2013 at the Reeve History and Cultural Resource Center, 314 Mountain Avenue, Westfield. Featured will be popular string pieces by Mozart, Vivaldi and others.

This first rate ensemble includes Theresa Kiesel - First Violin, Melissa Niebylski - second violin, Marge Picard - Viola and Elizabeth Hanscom - Cello. Theresa and Elizabeth reside in Westfield, Melissa in Cranford and Marge in Scotch Plains.  Hors d’oeuvres will be served at the conclusion of the concert.

The advance ticket sales will be $25 per person and $20 for Westfield Historical Society members. Purchase tickets either by mail, in person between 10:00 am and noon at the Westfield Historical Society Reeve Cultural Center address above, or call (908) 654-1794 for further information. If you intend to pick up your tickets at the Reeve History and Cultural Resource Center, please call ahead. Secure your seats early-Seating is limited.
