BootCampWF is taking it INDOORS this winter at Surgent's Elite, 401 E. South Avenue, in Westfield. It's the same great BootCampWF workout you have come to love, only INDOORS!

Classes are:
BCWF - Mon-Fri @ 5:45 am, MW&F at 9:15 am
BCWF Lite - T&Th at 9:15 am
BCWF TRX - Tues @ 10:30 am and Thurs @ 11:00 am.
