Westfield Chapter AS, of the Philanthropic Education Organization, P.E.O., will conduct a garage sale at 1125 Tice Place in Westfield on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Rain date is Sunday, Sept. 29.  Items for sale include electronics, décor, entertainment, clothing, candles, housewares, CD/DVDs, books, furniture and knick knacks.  The majority of items will be selling from 25 cents up to $10.  P.E.O. is an international nonprofit voluntary organization dedicated to enhancing women's lives through higher education scholarships, grants and low interest educational loans.  P.E.O. has sponsored more than 90,000 recipients with $234 million in educational assistance.
