The Westfield Adult School is a private school geared towards providing continuing education opportunities for adults in the Westfield area. Holding classes at Westfield High School on Dorian Road, the adult school is governed by a private board of trustees and is not affiliated with the public school district.

Classes include topics as diverse as mahjong, beading, hor d'oeuvres cooking, resume writing, Indian cooking, salsa dancing, golf, estate planning, parenting, philosophy, America's fabulous mansions, a day in Bucks County, Long Island travel, tarot card reading, grant writing, home staging, avoiding home renovation problems and various foreign languages.

The school also offers driver education classes for teens, standardized test preparation classes and first aid classes.
