 tudents will learn to combine basic&nbsp\; hooping with elements of danc
 e &amp\; fitness\, while learning  lots of cool tricks to impress family
  and friends.  We will also be exploring the use of Mini hoops!!!  Dress
  as you would for a yoga class\, cotton is best. Hoops will be provided
